1. About Radeyus & 50/50 Entertainment LLC

Radeyus is a social meetup platform designed to connect real people in real locations through a reputation-based system. Radeyus is a product of 50/50 Entertainment LLC, which owns and operates Radeyus.com, the Radeyus mobile application, and all affiliated Radeyus products and services.

2. Eligibility

To use Radeyus you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• Not be prohibited from using the platform under applicable law
• Not have a previously terminated Radeyus account due to a Terms violation

By using Radeyus, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements.

3. Account Registration

You must create an account to use Radeyus. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, truthful, and current information during registration
• Use a real photo of yourself as your profile picture
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
• Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account

You may not create multiple accounts, share your account with others, or impersonate any other person or entity.

4. The Vibe Score System

The Vibe Score is a core feature of Radeyus. By using the platform, you understand and agree that:

• Your Vibe Score is computed from peer ratings, activity scores, and meetup confirmation data
• Your Vibe Score is publicly visible to other Radeyus users
• Ratings submitted by other users about your meetups are binding and part of your public record
• Failing to submit a meetup review within the 72-hour enforcement window will automatically reduce your Vibe Score
• Behaviors that result in reports or low ratings will negatively impact your score and visibility
• 50/50 Entertainment LLC reserves the right to adjust Vibe Scores for violations of these Terms

5. Community Guidelines & Prohibited Conduct

Radeyus is built on trust and accountability. The following behaviors are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension or permanent ban:

• Catfishing or impersonation — using false photos, identities, or misrepresenting who you are
• Harassment or abuse — threatening, bullying, or harassing other users in any form
• Sexual misconduct — unsolicited explicit content, sexual coercion, or any non-consensual conduct
• Violence or threats — threatening physical harm to any person
• Fraud or scams — attempting to deceive, financially exploit, or manipulate other users
• Drugging or spiking — administering any substance to another person without their knowledge or consent
• Spam — sending unsolicited bulk messages or promotional content
• Minors — any interaction with or content involving users under 18
• Platform manipulation — artificially inflating Vibe Scores, gaming the review system, or creating fake accounts
• Illegal activity — using Radeyus to facilitate any illegal act

6. Meetup Confirmation & Review Requirements

When you confirm a meetup with another user, both parties are required to submit a rating and review within 72 hours of the confirmed meetup. This is a core accountability mechanism of the platform. Failure to comply will result in automatic Vibe Score penalties. Submitting false or malicious reviews is a violation of these Terms and may result in account suspension.

7. User Content

You retain ownership of content you post on Radeyus (photos, bio, messages). By posting content, you grant 50/50 Entertainment LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute your content solely for operating and promoting the Radeyus platform. You agree not to post content that is illegal, harmful, deceptive, or violates any third party's rights.

8. Premium Subscriptions

Radeyus Premium is a paid subscription that unlocks additional features. By subscribing:

• You authorize us to charge the applicable subscription fee to your payment method on a recurring basis
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
• Founding Member pricing is locked at the rate active at the time of subscription
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact support@radeyus.com
• 50/50 Entertainment LLC reserves the right to modify Premium features with reasonable notice

9. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, trademarks, and intellectual property on the Radeyus platform — including but not limited to the Vibe Score system, Orbit feature, and Radeyus brand — are the exclusive property of 50/50 Entertainment LLC. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of Radeyus without written permission.

10. Account Termination

50/50 Entertainment LLC reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account that violates these Terms, poses a safety risk to the community, or for any other reason at our sole discretion. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings. Upon termination, your access to the platform ends immediately.

11. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

Radeyus is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. While we work hard to make Radeyus safe through the Vibe Score system and community accountability, 50/50 Entertainment LLC is not responsible for the conduct of users on or off the platform. You use Radeyus and meet other users at your own risk. Always exercise personal safety judgment when meeting someone in person.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, 50/50 Entertainment LLC's total liability for any claim arising from your use of Radeyus shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which 50/50 Entertainment LLC is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of Radeyus after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
